Never ignore mouth ulcers and stomach pain



Stomach ulcers are painful open sores that develop on the inner lining of the stomach and small intestine. The symptoms of ulcers are burning pain in the abdomen extending upwards towards the chest, nausea and vomiting.

They are mostly caused primarily by an infection of a bacterium called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). They also develop in response to many factors, such as use of certain medications, smoking, stress and dietary factors.


Ulcers are treated through changes in lifestyle, medications, antibiotics. However, there are effective home remedies for heartburn and ulcers. Heartburn is a painful burning sensation in the chest. It comes from the esophagus (food pipe).
