Delhi is a city with its own rules and regulations, I guess most cities do. However, when it comes to the National Capital of our country, you kind of always have to abide by a few of these. you see, the Dilli-wallas will not put up with you if you don’t do it their way!

1. DO NOT call ANYONE Bhaiiya, “excuse me” should do it for you.

2. Don’t break Laws, unless you know some in power.

3.  Don’t crack jokes on anyone from any community. There are people here from all around the country.

4. Don’t fight with anyone, unless you have a bigger gang to actually come out alive.

5. Don’t expect to come home with “only a few things” when you set out for street shopping.

6. Don’t get into an extremely crowded Metro, there will be another one in less than a few minutes.

7. Don’t ever tell a Delhi-ite that Big Chill is overrated.

8. Don’t leave your apartment without protection for your skin. Delhi sun is evil.

9. Don’t try to hit on random girls, you’ll only have their footwear coming your way!

10. Don’t underestimate the importance of your own safety. Be wise about whom you’re out with, where, and at what time!
